Original printed softcover. = A well-illustrated monograph of Charles Darwin's favourite animals, actually, several species treated were originally described by Darwin. Several "text figures" are in fact page-sized. Includes notes on the distribution, phylogeny, synonymies, habitats, etc., etc. Cancelled stamp on front wrapper and title, tiny label on front wrapper, otherwise avery good, clean copy. Very scarce.
