With striking wrap-around dustwrapper artwork by Patrick Gierth. Bright copy of the the author's first book, the first of his novels set in nineteenth-century India and first published in 1951. ALL EARLY PRINTINGS ARE SCARCE IN THE DUSTWRAPPER.
