Description

No marks or inscriptions. A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards and no bumping to corners with minor tanning to page edges. Dust jacket not price clipped or marked or torn or rubbed or creased. 159pp. The story of a small British Army detachment of off-beat soldiers who were landed on the Normandy beaches in WW2 to provide a technical service for the war machines at the Front Line. They were know as the Normandy Nobodies because they got lost and during the first few battles, Brass Hats did not even know of their existence. A valuable documentary where hilarious episodes go hand-in-hand with the darker side of war.
