Dust jacket not price clipped, creased or marked or torn with very minor traces of storage. 181pp. Percy Edwards achieved fame through his ability to mimic the sounds of birds and other animals and was a prolific broadcaster on BBC radio where he has worked with, among many others, Max Millar, Peter Sellers and Sir Ralph Richardson. His amusing autobiography follows his career from his austere upbringing in East Anglia through his great love of the countryside to the fiftieth anniversay of his first broadcast.
