8vo., First Edition, with a coloured frontispiece, 53 monochromes plates on 32 and 7 maps (2 double-page) in the text; regimental green cloth, crest blocked in gilt on upper board, gilt back, yellow endpapers, a near fine copy in unclipped dustwrapper. With the regiment's presentation slip loosely inserted. The frontispiece shows the battle honours in colour. The Royal Wiltshire is Britain's oldest yeomanry regiment. Scarce in this condition. Sutcliffe, p.240.
