Signed JC Dumbreck to front cover. A number of removable notes/highlighting pencilled in. Whole booklet with some creasing. Very clean very tight pages with sunning to cover pages. 55pp. The Report of the Committee appointed by the Minister of Education and the Secretary of Sate for Scotland in 1960. From the Personal Library of the late John Dumbreck, Emeritus Professor of Russian Studies at the University of Manchester.
