A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards and no bumping to corners. 29pp. Tameside Council's proposals for housing and land re-zoning in the 1980s. In total, a maximum of 480 acres were identified for new housing in the Borough. Undated, ca. 1976. Very scarce.
