This is a very good hardcover copy with just light wear. No dust jacket. Bound in blue cloth with title in gilt to the spine. Completely clean outside, generally clean inside, a few stray faint marks in margins of plates. One plate has a closed tear to the right margin. 191 black & white plates: photographs of residential building exteriors, interiors, details, floor plans, etc. Small previous owmer name and date of 1927 on one of the white front endpapers. 16" high X 12" wide. Large heavy book foreign postage will be extra. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
