Incomplete copy - begins with page 5 which is the first page of Chapter 1. Last page is 339, followed by 13 pages of publisher's catalogue. Dartt (page 144) suggests the spine lettering should be gold but it is black on this copy. Above-average wear and soiling. Front hinge open. Two-inch opening at bottom of back hinge. A worthy starter copy for a collector missing this title. Book
