Without wrappers, as issued. = This rarely seen report contains several appendices, including an illustrated list of Margaret River caves with 12 photo images; a list of town and suburban land alienated, tabulating areas and prices, and a list of expenditures. Small library stamp on title page; some spotting in the margins of the first and last leaf, a bit of fraying and a few short tears in front leaf left margin, otherwise a very good, clean copy.
