A very clean tight copy with bright unmarked black cloth boards, very faint creasing to four page corners, minor bumping to upper front corner and bottom of spine. Dust jacket not price clipped or marked or torn with slight creasing to spine ends and upper front corner. 224pp. Between 1750 and 1840, technology progressed rapidly causing an exodus of people from the land to the towns.
