Four volumes in four. 8vo (21.5 x 13.9 cm). 327 [70, 74, 79, 103] pp. Original uniform printed wrappers. = Four subsequent volumes, covering the years 1953-1956, and including some items from earlier years not listed previously. This is the start of the Amphibia section as separate from the Reptilia section, and given an additional "A" number in the Zoological Record series. The Recent taxa were covered by Grandison, the fossils by Swinton. Two volumes with brown spots from the staples, otherwise a very good, clean and unmarked set.
