Veduta tratta dall’opera “The Tourist in Switzerland and Italy. Illustrated from drawings by S. Prout, Esq… London: Robert Jennings, 1830” di Thomas Roscoe. Il “Tourist in Switzerland and Italy” è il primo di nove volumi conosciuti sotto il nome di “The Landscape Annual”. I volumi successivi riguardano la sola Italia e poi Francia e Spagna.  L'opera è illustrata da incisioni tratte da disegni del pittore inglese Samuel Prout di J. D. Harding ed altri ancora ed è stampata a Londra tra il 1830 ed il 1838. Incisione in rame,  in ottimo stato di conservazione. //// View taken from the work "The Tourist in Switzerland and Italy. Subsequent volumes cover Italy and then France and Spain.  The work is illustrated by engraved plates after drawings by the English painter Samuel Prout, J. D. Harding and others.   Etching, in excellent condition.
