No marks or inscriptions. No creasing to covers or to spine. A lovely clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards and no bumping to corners. Dust jacket not price clipped with small tears to very well rubbed edges. 502pp. A vast number of black & white photographs plus some drawings covering the fifty years of Soviet architecture since 1917, some one to a page, usually more. Covers four periods - 1917 to 1932, 1933 to 1941, 1941 to 1954 and 1955 to 1967. Main descriptive text in Russian over 58 pages. Introduction also in English and French. All pictures with Russian, French and English captions. Publisher uncertain. Extremely scarce. From the Personal Library of the late John Dumbreck, Emeritus Professor of Russian Studies at the University of Manchester.
