Description
This is a fine softcover copy with no wear at all. Completely clean. This catalog was prepared to accompany the exhibition at the University Art Museum, California State University, in Long Beach from November 5 to December 8, 1985. The exhibition then traveled to the Oakland Museum, the Art Museum of South Texas and finally the Minneapolis Institute of Arts in 1987. Essays by Pilar Perez, Susan Doniger, Michelle A. Barnack, Terry Joanis and Lucinda Barnes. The students of Clarence H.White included: Margaret Bourke White, Anton Bruehl, Laura Gilpin, Dorothea Lange, Paul Outerbridge, Ralph Steiner, Karl Struss, and Doris Ulmann. Illustrated throughout in black & white. Checklist of the exhibition with 90 works catalogued. Bibliography. Limited edition of 1500 copies. 10" high X 8" wide, 72 pages.
