8vo., green cloth, upper board and backstrip framed and lettered in black, binding rather tight else a very good, bright, clean copy. First published in the US (by Watt) in 1910. The first UK edition was by Alston Rivers later in the same years. ALL EARLY PRINTINGS ARE VERY SCARCE, ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION. Jasen 13 (recording the first editions).
