Société en nom collectif établie entre Jean Jacques Jencquel, négociant demeurant à Bordeaux, rue Turennes n°20 et Germain Jean Darrieux, mineur émancipé, sans profession, demeurant à Bordeaux, rue du Palais Gallien, n° 156. Germain Darrieux apporte la somme de 145.000 francs à la Société, dont 40.000 francs provenant d'un emprunt hypothécaire sur la "Villa Chopin" lui appartenant à Arcachon.
