A collection of short pieces in prose and verse by aspiring young literati of Poitiers. The "lithographies et musique" alluded to on the title-page are not present and were likely never printed, as the other copy I have located lacks them as well. Printed on good wove paper. Illustrated with several charming little wood-engraved vignettes. 8vo. Later 19th-century cloth and marbled boards. Uncut. Original wraps bound in. Slight traces of wear to binding, else very good. VERY RARE.
