This is an about very good hardcover copy in the original light gray printed paper-covered boards with faint staining and toning outside. Very clean inside. Introduction by George M.Curtis. This catalog was prepared to accompany the exhibition "American Church Silver of the 17th and 18th Centuries with a few Pieces of Domestic Plate" held at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston from July to December, 1911. 1033 works in the exhibition. All illustrated in black & white photographs by William Stone. All photographic plates with printed tissue guards. 34 page list of American silversmiths.
