First edition, 8vo (200 x 120 mm), vi, [1], 8-56pp., title page a little dust soiled, recent calf-backed marbled boards, red morocco title label on upper cover. The first English edition of Maywoodís Latin dissertation which was published by Robert Foulis in Glasgow the previous year. Provenance: Formerly in the Birmingham General Hospital Library with their small neat faint stamp to title page.
