Description
This is a good only softcover reference copy that has been heavily marked up. This is a sale catalog for an auction held at Sotheby's New York on May 19, 1998. Sale code: 7165 "CROW". The sale consisted of fine American Indian art and included the Wayne and Nancy Badovinus Collection. It included West Coast coiled basketry and Nez Perce flat storage bags, also Plateau and Crow art, Transmontane beading, etc. 198 lots in the sale. Almost all illustrated in color. No prices realized sheets, but hammer prices (and often buyer names) written in next to most lots. Bibliography. 11" high X 8" wide. This book will be securely packed and shipped with tracking.
