Description
Oblong 12mo. 4 lines. To the writer Armand Lanoux, in anticipation of a forthcoming book: "J'attends votre livre avec plus que de la curiosité, et v[ou]s prie de croire à mon souvenir fidèle". - Lanoux won the Prix Goncourt in 1963 for "Quand la mer se retire". The book in question was probably "Le Berger des abeilles", published with Grasset in 1974. - On stationery with printed name "André Malraux". Well preserved.
