This is a near fine softcover copy with almost no wear, with a plain black die-cut card slipcase. Also the bookmark designed by the artist with a building outline, laid in. Completely clean. Signed by the architect/artist, Savio Lobo, in ink on the title-page and dated 2014. Not inscribed to anyone, just signed and dated. This book is an album of drawings of buildings in Bandra, India.
