This is an about very good hardcover copy with light wear. Repair to lower right corner of front cover. Completely clean inside, outside red cloth covers faded, gilt titles bright. Text in English and French. Introduction by Terence Mullaly. Preface by Maximilien Gauthier. Essay by Berea (4 pages) titled 'In Memory of Marie Desjardins'. Dimitri Berea (1908- 1975) was born in Rumania and studied in Italy and France during the 1930's. 27 color plates + 14 black & white plates + many more b/w illustrations in the text. 9" high X 6" wide.
