With frontispiece and 2 smaller woodcuts by Gunter Böhmer after a statue and the reliefs in the Basilica San Zeno. 14 pp., 2 leaves. Small folio. Orig. boards. In slipcase. Verona, Officina Bodoni, (June) 1949. One of 60 copies printed on Fabriano paper in Zeno 16 point by Giovanni Mardersteig, cut by Charles Malin. The Italian text on the life of the Saint was printed in 1937 as a first specimen of the new Zeno type, which is used here again.
