Si tratta della causa per una controversia tra Giovanna Smorzi (alla quale il Pontefice diede Grazia al Secolo e Regolare) e il fratello Giuseppe Smorzi. Nel 1803 Giuseppe tolse ogni diritto alla sorella Giovanna che non poteva usufruire dell'eredità della madre Cleandra Cibei e del padre Francesco Smorzi. It is the trial for a dispute between Giovanna Smorzi (to which the Pope gave Grazia al Secolo e Regolare) and the brother Giuseppe Smorzi. In 1803 Giuseppe remove all right to his sister Giovanna who couldn't have right on the heredity of her mother Cleandra Cibei and of her father Francesco Smorzi.
