Description
No marks or inscriptions. No creasing to covers. A very clean very tight booklet with unmarked sunned covers and no bumping to corners. 24pp. The first publication of the Cambridgeshire Magazine created as a special pictorial edition in 1948. Much attention to the visit of Her Majesty the Queen to receive an Honorary Degree from the University. Other events depicted were the installation of Field Marshal Smuts as Chancellor, honorary degrees for Winston Churchill and the Archbishop of York the County Show, an attempted round-the -world flight by Mrs Morrow-Tait and more. Very scarce.
