Description
Original bdg. HC. Folio. (36 x 24 cm). In Turkish. 320 p., ills. Chaosmos. This is a dystopic country, this is a place on earth, this is "Chaosmos". The places occupied by humans are being taken back by nature in this country. The living have just been here, but now they are gone, they have gone away without waiting for the Day of Judgment. They left their homes, factories, planes, torture chambers, their children's toys. Something obviously went wrong. Emin Altan traveled to this dystopic country for more than five years and photographed these ghost spaces and structures and documented how the modern man was defeated by the war with nature. The mind that does not believe in the world, the mind that is trying to transcend it, has lost the record of the price it has paid. Bülent Erkmen contributed to the book with his design work.
