Dust jacket not price clipped or marked or torn or creased. 322pp. A wonderful study of the food culture of and recipes from Mexico's coastline where vegetables and seafood were the the basis of the region's diet long before the Spanish Conquest. The book is filled with scrumptuous recipes rather than the typical cookbook which is filled with glossy photographs. Veryt scarce in the UK.
