Si tratta della causa per un debito contratto da Romualdo Chiaruzzi con Andrea Botta. LA sentenza del 23 Marzo 1823 costringeva Chiaruzzi a versare la sua pensione per coprire il debito. Egli versò le prime rate alla moglie di Andrea Anna Pasquali, poi nient'altro. In buone condizioni. Copertina assente. Legatura assente.
