It should be noted that volume III contains plates too, viz., 28 plates, of which many palaeontological, including photos of brachiopods, ammonites, etc. The Service des Mines et de la Carte Géologique was a part of the Protectorat de la République Française au Maroc, Direction Générale des Travaux Publics. This is their Notes et Mémoires 33. Uncut. Wrappers slightly worn, mostly at spine ends, a few deatched at spine folds. erasure on front wrapper of fourth volume; otherwise a very good, complete set. Not often found in this condition, as most copies are ex library with the usual wear and markings.
