Boards with moderate wear to extremities. Rear boards with a crease. Spine ends with minute tears. Front hinge has a bit of play. Back hinge started. A few wrinkles to frontispiece tissue guards. Endpapers browned and with some minor foxing. ; English painter, specialized in pastoral and rural genre scenes. Edition dated 1907, issued 1912. Green cloth with pictorial design printed in several green tones on the front and spine. Gilt lettering to boards and spine. Top edge gilt. With 50 tissue guarded illustrations by Morland. 20 Shilling Series. Inman 56; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 290 pages
