Name/address inside front board. No other marks or inscriptions. No creasing to covers or to spine. A very clean very tight copy with lightly marked front board, clear gilt lettering to front and spine, rubbing to spine ends, dusty page edges and no bumping to corners. Twenty-one pages of introductory sketches of the author plus twelve page list of subscribers plus 183pp. Poetry by the Hyde poet James Leigh (1854-1918). Frontispiece of the author plus other local history illustrations. Scarce book.
