Binding visible between front whitepage and title page. Title page detached from binding with tattered edges and corners. Pages 11-18, 25/26, 115/116, 125/126, 147-152 missing. Pages 19-24, 113/114, 123/124 detached from binding, stapled together, and tattered on edges and corners. Pages 87-88, 153-154 and last unpaginated page (167/168) upper part torn - NO damage to text.
