8vo., Second Edition, with frontispiece, numerous plates in monochrome and photographs in the text, free endpapers very lightly browned; original green cloth, upper board and backstrip lettered in gilt, a very good, bright, clean copy. In the interests of economy, the second edition in cloth was published without the 6 coloured plates of the first edition; they are included in the morocco-bound version.
