ABOUT THE BOOK:- The aim of the book is to gauge the level of social and educational inclusion of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe students in the process of primary education manifested through the provisions of the Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act, directly and indirectly. It also includes finding the strengths and lacunae regarding inclusiveness of SC and ST students along with suggesting suitable policy orientation. The right to education act 2009 is a revolutionary step towards universalization of elementary education leading to a mainstreaming of all children towards a quality and holistic learning endeavor.
