RARE FIRST EDITION OF THE FIRST HISTORY OF FOIE GRAS (the common second edition appeared in 1973). 56 pp. With a warm SIGNED PRESENTATION INSCRIPTION from the author to M. Briand, whose help is specifically mentioned in the acknowledgments (p. 8). This copy is furthermore twice SIGNED BY FERRAN ADRIA, in the front flyleaf and on the title-page. 8vo. Original printed wraps. Some wear and tear to wraps, with a small piece missing from corner of front cover. Internally FINE AND BRIGHT. Rare. No copies of this first edition in WorldCat.
