Signed and inscribed again on the colophon page with presentation to the recipient and the numbering of the copy as No. 2 of 3. 8vo, publisher's special binding of rough sepia cloth, the spine with a white label lettered in black, with end-leaves, wrapper and slipcase in off-white and the title-page printed in black.
