All'inizio incisione con la disposizione dei piatti in tavola e istruzioni generali con regole di galateo e di cucina come il taglio della carne, la panificazione, conservazione delle sostanze alimentari ecc. Seguono ricette di confetture (sia dolci che salate) e pietanze varie. In buone condizioni. Copertina in mezza pergamena muta in discrete condizioni con usure marginali. Angolo inferiore del piatto posteriore è assente. Legatura in buone condizioni. Pagine in buone condizioni con fioriture. Rinforzo al margine destro di pag. 96.
