Two volumes, complete. Privately printed. First and only edition of this rare account of erotic literature. A great deal of bibliographic information. Over 60 title-page facsimiles and illustrations from early engravings (mainly 18th-century). Edition limited to 1000 numbered copies. 8vo, bound in quarter parchment and decorated boards. Minimal wear to bindings, internally clean except for occasional specks of foxing.
