Boards a bit worn, especially to extremities. Hinges started. First and last pages a bit chipped but not obtrusive. Facsimile letter with small tears in VG- condition. Vol I: Front hinge cracked and first few pages loose but present. Otherwise internally VG+ with binding tight exept for pp 288, vol I: book block split; Green boards with gilt lettering and gilt facsimile of Stanley's signature. With all 150 plates and 3 maps.
