8vo., First Edition, with a coloured frontispiece (original tissue guard present) and 5 coloured plates, some light offsetting on front free endpaper; original pictorial maroon cloth, upper board and backstrip elaborately blocked and lettered in gilt and colours, gilt top, patterned green endpapers, case a little shaken, covers mildly age-soiled else a very good, clean copy. With prize bookplate (dated 1907) on front paste-down and insitutional badge blocked in gilt on rear board. The first edition is scarce, especially in this condition.
