Amsterdam, S. Warendorf [or C. L. Van Kesteren], [1879-1882]. Folio (43.7 x 32.0 cm). Half-title, title page, text; 12 original etchings. Original light blue pictorial cloth with gilt title on spine. Floral patterned endpapers. = Rare publication with original, signed etchings of Indonesian landscapes by the artist, Christiaan Lodewijk van Kesteren (1832-1897), after drawings by A. de Grijs. Half-title and last text leaf a bit age-toned, otherwise a very good copy. Another, perhaps slightly later edition in a red binding, with black lettering only, is known.
