'Irk bitiq' is a kind of fortune-telling book and the earliest text which was written in Turkish runic alphabet. This manuscript was found in Bin Buddha grotto in Tun-Huang, East Turkestan. It's thought to be written at 9th century although it's not known exactly. This manuscript is written in dialect of Old Uighur, and also called as ny-Mani.
