Legatura editoriale in marocchino bruno a grana larga con nervi, ricchi freggi e titolo impresso in oro al ds. Grandi cornici ai piatti e dentelles interne. Tagli dorati. Ex libris di collezione privata al contropiatto anteriore. Salvo alcune sporadiche fioriture, più intense sulle prime due carte, esemplare in ottimo stato di conservazione. Prima edizione di questa celebre opera - preceduta dal saggio civile e politico di Mapei - che illustra località italiane più o meno note, secondo il consueto percorso tipico del Grand Tour.
