With 32 plates, loose as issued, and numerous text illus. by Auguste-Ernest Bernard. XLV, (1) pp. Large 4to. Orig. half leather, in matching slipcase (by O. Rohrbach, Thun). (Thun ), Roland de Weck, (1950). No. 450 of 606 copies of the German version of a total edition of 1313 copies, signed by the author, the artist and the publisher, with the name of the subscriber "Georg Sulzer" added by hand. The total edition comprised 1345 copies. Hommage to the federal military stables in Thun, which were closed down after 100 years.
