First edition, 4to, [6], 62; 108pp., steel-engraved frontis., and 17 plates, tidemark to lower portion of frontis., a couple of small stains to text, bookplate and booksellerís description pasted onto front endpapers, cont. black half morocco, marbled boards, spine gilt. Provenance: Subscribers copy, with the ink signature and armorial bookplate of Rev. H. Boucher, Salisbury (included in the printed list of subscribers).
