This is a very good hardcover copy in three quarter vellum and brown cloth boards with just light wear. Very clean outside both vellum and cloth, no major marks. Brown leather title label printed in gilt, has a tiny chip off one side. Private collector bookplate inside front cover, otherwise completely clean inside. Text in French. This is one volume only of Male's classic work on medieval French religious art. 253 black & white illustrations. 11" high X 8.5" wide, 459 pages. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
