Description
Beautifully illustrated with color lithographs by Michel King. Edition limited to 125 numbered copies printed on fine Rives wove paper. This copy has an excellent provenance: it was originally printed for bibliophile Emmanuel Le Pelletier, a member of the Societe Normande du Livre Illustre. It was later owned by Luis de Caralt, the Barcelona publisher who was Spain's leading collector of modern illustrated books (his bookplate). Folio. Loose as issued in original wraps. FINE AND BRIGHT, with no defects, in the original (lightly worn) cloth clamshell box.
