8vo., Second Impression thus, on laid paper, neat contemporary signature on front free endpaper; brown cloth, sides framed in blind, gilt back, fore-edge very lightly spotted else a very good, bright, clean, crisp copy. The first authorized (expurgated) edition was published earlier in the same month. The full text was not published until the successful outcome of the famous trial in 1960. See Roberts A42d.
